Seattle Weakly loses the little credibility they had

According to the Reverb, the Seattle Weakly has gotten rid of their music editor, Jonathan Cunningham. No details yet, but until they prove otherwise I’m going to chalk it up to good old fashioned racism. Jonathan, we hope you stick around in the town because since your arrival you’ve contributed a great deal to the music community out here its really shameful that SW didn’t realize it.

my friend’s paper might have a spot for him if he wants to write about music for free until he gets another real job. he always struck me as a gusher but i guess every local music journalist’s gotta kinda rock pom poms

You’re awfully quick to call racism on this one, Sam.

you pull the race card that fast with no actual details behind it?

I like JC and his writing but its a recession and nobody is safe from the unemployment line.
