Here’s a present. LOTS OF ECHO, CURSING, & HIP-HOP

The first mixtape to have Nas - NY State of Mind on it. An original track. Believe me. There were meetings at Columbia and Sony for a week straight and I was asked personally by label execs as well as MC Serch (executive producer) not to release this since It Ain’t Hard To Tell wasn’t even out. I ended up not putting it out myself, but it was already in the TapeKingz machine going worldwide. Nas Illmatic dropped 7 months later on 4-19-94.
